Conscious Connected Breathwork is a transformative breathing technique that uses a continuous, rhythmic breath pattern to support emotional release, nervous system regulation, and deep self-awareness. By breathing in a connected cycle—without pauses between the inhale and exhale—you gently shift the body out of stress mode and into a state of healing and expansion.


What Is Conscious Connected Breathwork?


Conscious Connected Breathwork (also known as circular breathing) is a guided practice where the breath flows continuously, helping to bypass the analytical mind and access deeper layers of the subconscious. This allows stored emotions, limiting beliefs, and tension held in the body to surface and be released safely.

Conscious Connected Breathwork is generally safe for most people when guided by a trained facilitator. However, it may not be suitable for individuals with certain medical conditions such as cardiovascular issues, epilepsy, or during pregnancy. He is also accredited by the Global Breathwork Professional Alliance (GBPA), ensuring his work meets recognised, industry-leading standards.
