What We Offer

Explore our range of wellness experiences - from group events to personal healing sessions to workplace wellbeing. 


We host nourishing, intimate group sessions in our peaceful Mongolian Yurt, offer tranquil, holistic 1:1 therapies in our cosy log cabin and (coming soon) public and private sauna sessions in our outdoor sauna .


These spaces have been lovingly created with rest and relaxation in mind, nestled among trees, wildflowers and the sounds of nature. It would be our pleasure to welcome you.

Modalities We Offer at The Wellness Wood

Conscious Connected Breathwork

A powerful practice that helps cultivate a deep sense of calm, release blocked emotions, and bring you into a state of full presence and clarity. Ideal for both personal growth and enhancing workplace well-being. 

Mindfulness Meditation

A grounding practice rooted in Buddhist tradition, mindfulness helps quiet the mind, ease stress, and bring you into a state of present-moment awareness. Ideal for emotional balance, inner clarity, and everyday resilience — both personally and professionally. 

THERAPEUTIC MASSAGE

A deeply relaxing practice, Indian Head Massage helps release tension held in the head, neck, and shoulders while soothing the nervous system and restoring energy flow. Ideal for relieving stress, calming the mind, and supporting emotional and physical well-being. 


REIKI ENERGY HEALING

A gentle yet powerful energy healing practice, Reiki is received fully clothed using light hands-on or hands-off touch to support the body’s natural healing processes. Ideal for reducing stress, restoring balance, and enhancing emotional and spiritual well-being. 

CACAO CEREMONIES

A heart-opening ritual with ceremonial-grade cacao, each session centres around a unique theme and weaves together guided meditation, personal reflection, and journaling — creating a gentle yet powerful space for clarity, healing, and self-discovery. 

FUNCTIONAL BREATHWORK

A practical, everyday approach to breathing that helps restore natural, healthy breathing patterns. Reduce tension, calm the nervous system, and improve overall well-being — making breath a powerful tool to manage stress and boost energy in daily life. 


WOMEN'S CIRCLES

Gather with like-minded women in a supportive circle to explore spiritual practices, connection, and personal growth. Through meditation, creative activities, oracle cards, and heartfelt sharing, we create a safe and nurturing space to connect and slow down.

Brotherhood

This a small community offering monthly membership only sessions including Breathwork, sauna and ice, nature walks and an ongoing space for accountability and connection. More than just a men's group it's designed for men who value growth, authentic expression and community.

Retreats

Nature-based wellness retreats thoughtfully designed to create space for reconnection, reflection, and personal growth in a supportive environment. With access to an outdoor sauna, ice baths, hammocks & firepit (select retreats only).

The change protocol

A 4 month multi-layered approach to personal transformation, guiding you through emotional re-calibration, mindset realignment, and embodied action. By working with the body, the mind, and your deeper energetic patterns, it creates grounded, sustainable breakthroughs rather than temporary change.


wellness workshops

Tailored workshops combining a variety of healing modalities, such as Mindfulness in Daily Life, Breathwork for Stress, and Nutritional Support. Each session is designed to be practical, engaging, and supportive of everyday well-being. 

STRESS & ANXIETY MANAGEMENT

Workshops focused on practical tools and techniques to manage stress and anxiety, including breathwork, mindfulness, and nervous system regulation. Each session offers a supportive space to build resilience, restore balance, and promote emotional well-being. 

PEMF MAT ADD-ON

A PEMF (Pulsed Electromagnetic Field) mat uses gentle electromagnetic waves to support healing. It can help reduce inflammation, improve circulation, ease tension, and boost energy. Available as an optional add-on to 1:1 sessions, it’s a simple way to deepen relaxation and enhance well-being. 

OUTDOOR SAUNA - March 26

Our traditional sauna uses heated stones to warm the air around you, creating an enveloping, high-heat experience that encourages a deep, cleansing sweat. The higher temperatures support circulation, muscle relaxation, and post-workout recovery. This is a classic, invigorating heat experience—ideal for those who enjoy an intense, full-body warmth and the ritual of traditional sauna bathing.

OUTDOOR Infrared SAUNA - March 26

Our infrared sauna gently warms the body from within using infrared light, rather than heating the surrounding air. This allows for a more moderate, comfortable temperature while still promoting a deep sweat and supporting circulation and relaxation. It’s a soothing, restorative option—perfect for longer sessions, nervous system reset, and a more subtle, nourishing heat experience.

ICE BATHS

Experience the revitalising effects of ice baths and hot and cold contrast therapy. Alternating between cold immersion and heat helps reduce inflammation, boost circulation, support muscle recovery, and build mental resilience.
