Meet Nathan & Natalie. Husband & Wife. We founded Respire Wellness to empower people to adopt a more natural and holistic approach to their well-being. Our offerings are inspired by a wide range of holistic influences, combining spiritual practices, modern wellness techniques, biohacking, and natural living. This fusion is reflected across our offerings, which include breathwork, meditation, wellness workshops, massage, and other natural practices.
Everything we offer has been a vital part of our own wellness journeys, and we feel deeply privileged and passionate about sharing these practices to support others on theirs.

Before Nathan started embodying breathwork, meditation, and journaling into his daily routine, his ADHD often felt like it was running the show.
Now, after embracing these practices, he no longer identifies with ADHD and instead feels a sense of calm, focus, and clarity. This shift has been a game-changer after years of navigating the challenges that ADHD brings. It is a testament to the power of integrating breathwork and self-awareness into daily life.
